Annotation Processing Pipeline

Each step below takes files with a specific remark, transforms them, and writes the result back as a new file linked to its source. A step only processes files that don't already have an up-to-date output - already-processed files are skipped automatically. Runs happen on the server, so they keep going if you close this tab.
